slightly underwhelming stay.
moldy shower rough linens
Cleanliness was definitely a problem. I noticed cobwebs in the corners and dust everywhere. the bathroom lacked ventilation and had visible mold in the shower. the bed linens felt rough, and the shared kitchen needed better upkeep as some utensils were damaged.

missing holder poor cleaning
the bathroom was small. i found no toilet roll holder, that is a little strange. the shower was like water trickled from a pipe rather than a shower. the kitchen needed cleaning, it would improve guest experience a lot. i wasn't told about building work happening in the yard, communication would have helped me.

Wonderful Stay!
clean room excellent shower
The room was a nice size and very clean. Tea and coffee were included in the room, which I found quite convenient. The bathroom was good. The shower was excellent. It was an ideal location, just a short walk to where I needed to be. Parking right on the hotel drive made unloading easy and ensured security.
Unfortunately, the floorboards above my room creaked quite loudly. The occupants seemed restless after midnight. They paced back and forth for two hours! This kept me awake until they finally stopped. Then, my sleep was interrupted again first thing in the morning. It was a very exhausting experience.

The landlady was very friendly. She allowed us to check in early, which I very much appreciated! She had already cleaned and prepared the room for us. I liked that I could park right at the doorstep.

The hotel provides tea and coffee-making facilities. It's a very convenient feature. The little fridge freezer in the room was great! I also appreciated how close it was to the tube station. This allowed me quick access to many restaurants.
